- 45% need the program always; 55% sometimes; 7% never.
- Need areas: Shopping 50%; jobs 5%; education 5%; recreation 48%; medical needs 5%; religious and community events 35%; personal business 37%; volunteerism 10%; other 23%.
- 18% indicated need for independent transportation more than 5 times a month.
- 65% spend 10% of their monthly income on transportation; 9% spent 30%; 4% spent more.
- 97% want the program.
